NOTES:

Since October 2014 road closures inside the airport have made access in and out of Terminal 3 particularly difficult with long traffic queues. At peak times it can easily take one hour from arrival at the airport Toll gate to get into Terminal 3.
Transfer by the free Shuttle Bus from Terminal 1 or 2 to Terminal 3 can also take an hour or more and is very uncomfortable. Taxi drivers are reluctant to go between terminals - you have to keep trying until one agrees - the meter fare from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 is about Rp 35,000 but they may ask for a flat Rp 50,000.
